En homage til Boticellis klassiske meterværk ” Venus fødsel” ca. 1486. Begreberne i dette værk bliver vendt på hovedet, idet vi går ind i det private rum, hvor den rituelle handling: det at soignere sig selv, kommer under lup og vores ideer om hårvækst får et tvist.
Det at skjule værket, for at det efterfølgende blive fundet af beskueren, er med til at understrege det private rum, som coiffuren udfolder sig i, samt den intime grænse imellem værket og voyeuren.

About the work:
A homage to The Painters Classical Masterpiece "Venus Birth" approx 1486. The term in this piece is turned upside down upon perception. We enter into the private chambers of Venus, where the ritual Coiffure is unfold, the sole idea of hair and beauty is twisted in this piece and presented to the voyeur.
The Culture tower format invites the piece to be searched for at site specific place, to unfold what the artist chose to hide in this piece to be found by the voyeur and thus crossing the line of intimacy between the voyeur and the artwork.
